About Chef

 
 
Executive Chef 『 TAKA  』has been cooking professionally for over 30 years.
Beginning with Sapporo Hokkaido Japan in the late1980, followed by Kyoto Japan.
In 2000, he became a sous chef at the hotel.
In 2005, he became the owner-chef.
As of 2022, he is the owner-chef and executive chef of two restaurants.

『 行雲流水~Kouunnryuusui 』 in Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan in 2018,
